Emma's Journey is a 501(c)3 non-profit, started by an 8 year old girl with the wish to pay it forward. Emma raised the money to get her very own diabetic alert dog, a service animal that has proven time and time again to be a faithful and much needed addition to her life. Her wish is to continue to help others with Type 1 Diabetes obtain a Diabetic Alert Dog of their very own.

Paws for the Cause is our Inaugural Fall Fundraiser that will feature the music of 2 local bands. Coney Island Baby featuring Bruce Gelbman a former FHS teacher and The Rhythm Kings featuring former FHS students, Phil Gardner and Donald Bansen. There will be a Chinese Auction, 50/50 Raffle and lots more.

Emma's wish came to true on January 8, 2017 when she, through the kindness of truly amazing people, had all the money she needed to get her very own service dog. Our hope at Emma's Journey is to make that wish come true for another individual and grant their holiday wish this year. We hope that you will join us and be a part of this AMAZING JOURNEY.
